A one-year contract role supporting the Manager, Finance & Business Partnership at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, covering donation and fixed asset accounting plus month-end closing. What you'll do
- Prepare tax deductible and non-tax deductible donation receipts for approval by the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
- Compile and submit yearly donation information to IRAS
- Prepare audit schedules for donation and endowed donation
- Prepare the annual MOE matching grant donation submission
- Prepare annual financial statements for the Charity Portal
