About the role

This role leads the daily running of a private club lounge at Marina Bay Sands, with a focus on VIP guests and luxury service standards. You will guide a guest-facing team of Captains, Hosts and Service Attendants while keeping operations, safety and presentation at a high level. It suits someone with several years of leadership experience in fine dining, executive lounges, private clubs or five-star hotels.

What you'll do

Deliver personalised, memorable service and lift overall guest experience
Build and maintain relationships with repeat, VIP and premium guests
Work with Casino Hosts, the Butler Team and other stakeholders on smooth guest journeys
Anticipate guest preferences and respond to needs proactively
Manage guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally and quickly
Keep guest profiles and preferences updated and in use
Lead, coach and develop Captains, Hosts and Service Attendants
Uphold Forbes standards, service excellence and luxury hospitality behaviours
Run daily briefings and ongoing service coaching
Support team member scheduling
Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and manpower deployment
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene (ISO22000) and operational standards
Monitor cash handling, inventory controls and outlet readiness
Partner with Facilities and Engineering to maintain a world-class guest environment

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management preferred
At least 3 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, executive lounges, private clubs or 5-star hotels
Track record leading guest-facing teams
Strong VIP guest engagement and service recovery skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities
Forbes-rated luxury hospitality, executive lounge or private club experience preferred
