Process billing accurately through POS systems
Handle cash, card transactions and settlements responsibly
Watch service flow and help resolve issues that arise during service
Ensure mise en place and readiness before each service period
Maintain outlet cleanliness, organisation and equipment standards
Keep up in-depth knowledge of food, drinks, menus and preparation methods
Stay current on menu changes, promotions and seasonal items
Guide team members during service to uphold standards
Help train junior colleagues and reinforce service techniques
Ensure service procedures are followed correctly and consistently
Create memorable dining experiences that match NoMad standards
Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs
Give informed recommendations on menu items, drinks and pairings
