About the role

This role leads the Food and Beverage Guest Service team in the In Room Dining outlet at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. You will oversee the efficient preparation and service of food and beverage orders, support the wider food service operation, and help new team members learn proper procedures. It suits someone with some food service experience who is ready to take on shift leadership duties.

Lead the Food and Beverage Guest Service team to promote efficient preparation and service of orders in the assigned outlet area
Participate in the overall operation of the food service team in assigned areas
Monitor the preparation and service of food and beverage orders
Provide efficient food sales and service as needed
Assist with training and provide support so that new Food Service team members are fully oriented to proper procedures and policies
Maintain cleanliness in assigned work and outlet areas
Clean equipment, dishes, and silverware as needed
Perform opening and closing duties
Maintain stock and display food according to established standards
Handle a daily cash bank and follow cash handling procedures
