Experience Some experience About the role This role supports the day-to-day running of a complex manufacturing site that includes cleanroom areas, laboratories and general production support spaces. You will work with multiple service vendors and help keep hygiene, safety and operational standards high across the facility. It suits someone organised who is comfortable in a compliance-heavy environment.
What you'll do Supervise outsourced vendors covering cleaning, pantry, waste management, pest control, landscaping, fish pond and office supplies Check vendor compliance with GMP, EHS and cleanroom protocols through inspections, audits and KPI monitoring Plan service schedules around production needs so manufacturing is not disrupted Handle permits to work and contractor safety protocols for site works Oversee daily and periodic cleaning of general areas, cleanrooms, labs and support zones Know someone for this? Make sure cleaning staff are trained on gowning, zoning and ISO cleanroom classifications
Coordinate terminal cleaning and high-level disinfection in cleanrooms or critical areas
Run segregation, storage and disposal of general, hazardous and biomedical waste
Work with licensed waste disposal vendors on regulatory and site compliance
Keep waste generation logs and supply data for sustainability reporting and audits
Schedule and oversee routine and preventive pest control, especially near clean and storage zones
Maintain pest control service records, monitor risk areas and follow up on corrective actions
Conduct periodic site assessments with the pest control vendor for high-risk areas
Manage pantry services for hygiene, quality and consumable supply
Track stock of office supplies, lab stationery and pantry consumables and reorder in time
Coordinate landscaping and pond maintenance to keep the site tidy and hygienic
Support workspace planning, seating allocation and minor relocations
Keep space utilisation reports, seating charts and occupancy records updated
Act as first point of contact for client representatives, users and internal departments
Close service requests from production, quality and admin teams
Communicate planned maintenance or shutdowns in advance
Handle ad-hoc facility requests from manufacturing, labs, warehouse and office units
Help set up events, internal programmes or temporary layout changes
Maintain SOPs, checklists and service records for audits and inspections
Support EHS, ISO, GMP and client audits with data and documentation
