Front Desk Guest Service Executive - Conrad Singapore Orchard

About the role

You will manage daily front office and guest services operations, ensuring guests receive outstanding service. Your duties include handling check-in and check-out, resolving guest concerns, and leading a team of front desk agents and guest service representatives. You will also coordinate with departments like Housekeeping and F&B, promote loyalty programs, and maintain high service standards. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel, leisure, hospitality or customer service environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage operational demands during peak periods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and able to learn hotel systems
• Service-oriented approach and ability to resolve guest concerns
