Guest Experience Executive - Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs and enquiries throughout their stay. You will look after VIP guests, brief other hotel departments on their needs, and make sure service standards are met. Part of the role involves managing the front desk queue, preparing and serving drinks, and keeping the lounge and reception areas clean and presentable. You will also maintain stock of food and beverage items and guest amenities, and coach new Guest Experience Executives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in guest-facing roles
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
