About the role

This role leads the operational delivery of the Beauty portfolio at Dyson, based at the St James Power Station headquarters in Singapore. You will manage a team of Business Operations Managers covering each Beauty product category and work closely with Portfolio, NPD, Operations, Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement, Commercial and CRO teams. It suits an experienced operations or supply chain leader who is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving cost, launch and quality outcomes.

What you'll do

Lead and develop the Business Operations team, setting objectives and driving high performance across operational delivery.
Work with the Portfolio team to put portfolio and category decisions into action, including new product launches and SKU changes alongside NPD and Operations.

Oversee detailed launch planning up to the Launch Readiness milestone with NPD, Operations, Demand & Supply Planning and CRO.

Own SKU management and rationalisation, including product offering and attributes, phase-in/phase-out, market SKU requests and prevention of ageing or obsolete stock.

Monitor inventory health with Demand and Supply Planning and regional teams, resolving SKU ageing, excess and obsolete materials and end-of-production issues.

Champion continuous improvement in product quality and repairability with Quality, NPD, Operations and Procurement.

Drive ongoing product cost reduction using bottom-up methods such as should-cost analysis, competitor tear-downs and cost allowances for innovation.

Represent the Business Unit on each Delivery Project's Product Leadership Team and challenge members on cost, timing and operational targets.

Implement best practices in SKU lifecycle management from introduction and optimisation to phase-out, aligned with the NPD SKU team and global operations.

Drive and report on key business operations KPIs to support transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline
Typically 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or product-focused business management in consumer products, technology, beauty or related sectors
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing operational delivery for a complex, multi-category product portfolio
Deep expertise in product launch planning, SKU management, inventory control and lifecycle management
Strong commercial and financial acumen to challenge on cost, drive repairability improvements and meet demanding operational targets
Exceptionally collaborative, with experience influencing at all levels in a fast-paced, multifunctional environment
