Experience Some experience About the role This role focuses on growing room reservation revenue for a hotel in the Novena area. You will manage corporate accounts and work with the sales team to win and keep business. It suits someone with a strong client network and a results-driven approach.

Manage assigned corporate accounts to grow existing business and develop new opportunities.
Research potential accounts through telesales or street walks and generate sales leads.
Use knowledge of local and international corporate segments to support business acquisition and conversion.
Keep in contact with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers via calls, visits and written communication.
Attend trade shows and fairs to promote the hotel.
Organise and attend sales and PR functions within the hotel.
Conduct sales visits, product presentations (including virtual), site inspections and attend trade shows.
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer performance, and report to the Director of Sales.
Ensure smooth operation of assigned corporate accounts in consultation with the Director of Sales.
Maximise group room revenue and maintain accurate room blocks including group attrition.
Keep group updates accurate and timely to support forecast accuracy.
Qualify business opportunities and prepare corporate rate agreements based on static or dynamic rates.
Ensure accurate rate loading once signed agreements or RFPs are accepted.
Respond to group enquiries and work with the groups, meetings and events team to convert business.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Good to know Full-time position. Location: 201 Balestier Road, Singapore 329926. Requirements Diploma or degree in marketing, hotel administration or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record and good client network. Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
