About the role
This role takes charge of an auditorium and executive floor, keeping service at a premium standard for senior clients and guests. You will lead a concierge team and coordinate events, vendors and facility upkeep. It suits someone with a strong hospitality or events background who is comfortable around C-suite and VVIP stakeholders.
What you'll do
Oversee daily operations of the auditorium and executive floor to a high service standard
Build and roll out operational plans that improve space use and service delivery
Drive ongoing improvements to guest experience and efficiency
Set and maintain premium service standards at every touchpoint
Track KPIs and performance metrics and report regularly to the Conference Executive
