Handle guest requests for transport, bookings, laundry and similar services by arranging them or pointing guests to the right provider
Follow up on special requests from guests with unique needs to confirm they are satisfied
Give guests directions and details about hotel facilities, services, opening hours and nearby attractions
Loop in the right person or department, such as bell staff or housekeeping, to settle guest calls, requests or issues
Check shift logs and daily memo books, and record relevant details in logbooks
Make sure any unresolved requests from the day before are dealt with first
