About the role
This role leads the technical transition of managed network services for enterprise customers, working across presales, engineering, operations and vendors. It suits an experienced network engineer who can own end-to-end delivery, from design and lab validation through to handover. You will act as the technical escalation point and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end technical transition activities with presales, project, engineering, operations, vendor and customer teams to ensure successful service implementation, transition and handover.
- Join architecture and design discussions and produce Low-Level Design documents for network solutions including SD-WAN and other managed network services.
