Lobby Ambassador (Front Office)

About the role

You will manage the daily lobby operation to deliver a seamless guest experience, working closely with the Raffles Butler and F&B team. Duties include personalised check-ins, welcoming and seating restaurant patrons, and handling guest complaints or security incidents. You will also perform cashiering and billing tasks, coordinate pre-arrival correspondence, and support administrative work. You are expected to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and follow brand, Forbes 5-star and LQA service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree, preferably in hospitality or a related field
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good computer and property management system skills
• Able to work well under pressure and resolve problems
