About the role

SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy is looking for a Manager to lead digital health and AI literacy programmes across the cluster. You will work at the intersection of healthcare, technology and strategy, helping build a digitally capable workforce. This suits someone with strong programme management and partnership experience who enjoys working across institutions.

What you'll do

Oversee development of digital and AI competency frameworks and learning curricula aligned with the digital health strategy
Ensure programmes are grounded in evidence-based adult learning methods
Curate learning content and set up quality assurance processes
Track learning outcomes and digital adoption metrics

Refresh programme content using technology trends, stakeholder feedback and industry practices

Coordinate cross-institutional collaborations to roll out digital literacy initiatives at scale

Establish and manage partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions and government agencies

Facilitate stakeholder engagement so capability-building matches operational needs

Support knowledge sharing through events, forums and other platforms

Plan budgets and track finances for digital literacy programmes

Monitor programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics or a People and Organisation-related discipline
At least 6 years developing and implementing organisation-wide training and development programmes
Proven record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with academic institutions, professional bodies or technology vendors
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing complex situations and data-informed decisions
Strong project management skills to plan and execute programmes within objectives and timelines
