You will drive growth and strategic relevance of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency ecosystem, covering MyCareersFuture job listings, CareersCompass content syndication, and digital and physical event collaborations. The role sits within the Workforce Group and involves leading high-impact partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, subject-matter experts and thought leaders. It suits someone who enjoys spotting opportunities, building mutually beneficial relationships and delivering outcomes that serve both organisational priorities and public service goals.

What you'll do

Develop and iterate the digital partnership strategy in line with business goals and platform priorities
Conduct ecosystem mapping and market scans to find high-value partnership opportunities across job portals, government agencies, IHLs, commercial platforms and community organisations
Design personalised partnership models that drive impact among jobseekers, mid-career professionals and growth sectors
Lead end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding and relationship management
Review partnership strategy based on platform performance, audience behaviour and partner feedback
Act as key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment
Develop joint engagement plans with partners, including co-marketing, content collaborations, webinars and virtual events
Drive user acquisition through partner-driven initiatives
Work with internal content and marketing teams to amplify career messages through partner channels
Track and optimise partnership performance using metrics such as traffic growth, lead conversion and content engagement
Ensure partnerships reinforce business strategies including digitalisation, lifelong employability and career resilience
Explore new partners, partnership models and innovation pilots
Keep updated on digital trends, platform behaviours and emerging engagement channels
Oversee daily partnership operations with a focus on service reliability and KPI achievement
Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution between internal and external teams

Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or platform growth
Proven track record of onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to structure and manage ecosystem or multi-party partnerships
Experience with public-private collaborations or working alongside government platforms is a plus
Good understanding of workforce needs and how external partners can address content, service delivery or other gaps
Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
