Marketing Manager - Moxy Singapore Clarke Quay

What you'll do

• Carry out the annual marketing plan within budget, working with the GM, F&B leader, operations leaders, the Director of Marketing Communications and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams
• Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales to run promotions and campaigns aimed at in-house guests to grow incremental revenue
• Act as the link between the marketing department and the advertising agency on creative and media plans for tactical campaigns, especially F&B promotions
• Manage F&B media schedules and confirm accounts are settled promptly
• Work with property Revenue Management to confirm offers are loaded correctly and ad targeting reaches the right consumer groups
• Execute email marketing and display advertising
• Keep frequent, active contact with the Cluster eCommerce manager on the status, performance, opportunities and issues of online programmes
• Confirm all hotel advertising in digital channels matches the brand voice
• Facilitate social media engagement and update content on local digital channels such as the hotel website and travel sites
• Develop and run promotions campaigns for F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through digital and social media
• Handle online reputation management by surfacing guest comments, positive or negative, and responding
• Develop a quarterly PR plan with the agency and execute it after GM sign-off
• Maintain a list of local media contacts, with emphasis on food critics and bloggers
• Manage assigned accounts under the media account management system
• Write and distribute press releases for property events, promotions and outlets
• Manage hotel sponsored events, community and government relations activities, and press promotional activities
• Support the PR strategy to drive quality press coverage through media engagement
• Confirm news clippings and online, print and social media mention reports are completed monthly for property distribution
• Manage external vendors and media agencies, working with agency partners and the continent PR leader on strategic media buys
• Vet PR leads from the continent PR Leader on which media best promote the hotel
• Support coordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and PR between the hotel, advertising agency and regional field marketing teams
• Manage photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions with the cluster or area marketing team
