Experience Some experience About the role This role sits in the Operations Control Centre at the Singapore HQ, keeping the flying programme safe, punctual and reliable across the A320, B787 and E190 fleet. You will work both independently and with a team to manage day-to-day operations within the Scoot network. It suits someone organised, calm under pressure and comfortable with rotating shift work.

Optimise crew and aircraft utilisation
Coordinate changes to and recovery of flying programmes
Handle daily operational matters such as up-gauge and down-gauge of flights and sharing information with relevant parties
Optimise the Aircraft Utilisation Plan to meet the flying programme
Meet aircraft turnaround requirements
Retime flights when disruptions or AUP constraints require it
Reduce towing by applying 'Last in First out' for night-stopping aircraft
Adhere to engineering, operational and port requirements
Apply knowledge of Low APD and Low DOW aircraft where needed
Adjust the AUP during disruptions to minimise expected delays
Avoid airport curfews during disruptions
Understand and follow ANR rules
Apply company restrictions and operational requirements when crewing
Ensure all flights are crewed to requirements within the 72-hour window
Conduct hours checks so crew stay within limits
Rectify violations to keep rosters legal
Help source Support Pilots for SIMs when required
Monitor trainee progress during LOE and adjust training programmes as needed
Inform the training department of training progress or abnormalities
Check that pilot standby numbers are met
Alert Cabin Services when cabin crew minimum standby numbers are not met
Handle crewing abnormalities and minimise delays from issues such as no-shows, stand-downs, crew pull-outs and last-minute MC
Identify potential problems and resolve them immediately
Stay in constant contact with crew
Liaise with affected parties and stations
Devise crew positioning plans when required
Update the relevant disruption groups as required
Share revised ETDs with affected parties, crew and agencies
Ensure crew FDP and operating requirements are not breached
Send APIS for the respective ports
Prepare and send documents required for the respective ports
Update crew travel documents into the system and Merlot
Tally crew travel documents against APIS and documentation copies before sending
Verify SEP expiries in Merlot and issue letters for crew when required
Include OBS, EOB and others on required documents
Monitor aircraft movement and keep flight timings updated
Obtain delay reasons for delayed flights
Check with stations when no movements are received
Monitor SITA and follow 4D/15 tracking for required flights
Report irregular flight situations and escalate when needed
Monitor and reply to incoming ACAR Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, rotating days off, weekends and holidays Strong organisational and communication skills, able to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to learn complex aviation scheduling software Experience with the AIMS rostering system and in an operations environment is an advantage Apply on the company website
