About the role

Agape Services is a Christian social enterprise under Far East Organization that runs laundry, cleaning, and moving and disposal services, with the aim of creating meaningful work for people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role supports the daily running of the laundry plant, coordinating production and admin tasks while working with customers and vendors. It suits someone organised who is comfortable with a rotating shift roster and wants to be part of a social mission.

What you'll do

Help with the day-to-day operations of the laundry plant
Coordinate daily production at the laundry plant and related administrative activities
See customer orders through from start to finish, answer customer queries and handle feedback
Work with production staff, customers and external vendors so operations run smoothly
Prepare reports, keep accurate records and carry out other admin duties as assigned

Rest days are rostered, with no fixed off day

Requirements

NITEC, GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
No prior experience needed
Good communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Able to work a 6-day roster with rotating morning and afternoon shifts
