About the role

This role sits with a luxury watch group's technical operations team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Technical Operations for SEA. You will safeguard technical quality standards across watch repairs, supporting both sales and after-sales service excellence. It suits someone meticulous who is comfortable working independently and with technical and admin colleagues.

What you'll do

Carry out thorough technical quality control inspections on watch repairs, following set procedures and brand specifications
Document quality control failures and escalate them to the Head of Technical Operations for resolution
Keep accurate and complete records of all quality control failures

Proactively spot and report technical issues, feeding into improvement efforts and giving feedback to management

Follow service centre policies on authorised repairs, ensuring no unauthorised watches or non-watch products are serviced

Handle disposal or storage of used spare parts and keep the workstation clean, organised and safe

Keep equipment in good working condition for daily operations

Help with periodic stock counts and inventory management when needed

Reporting line is to the Head of Technical Operations, SEA
Close collaboration with Technical and Admin teams

Requirements

Good visual acuity
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
Comfortable with standard computer applications such as MS Office, browsers and email
Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
Prior quality control or watch industry experience is advantageous but not required
