When
As a Butler Intern at Raffles Singapore, you will be at the heart of the resident service experience, handling pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, and departure arrangements. You will personalise interactions by listening attentively and anticipating residents' needs, acting as an ambassador across all hotel areas including Rooms, Food and Beverage, and Spa. Daily tasks include unpacking, packing, laundry, shoe-shine, in-room dining service, and responding to resident calls and emails. You will also coordinate with internal teams such as Room Service and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service, and support celebrations and special occasions for residents.
