About the role

This role supports the SEAO merchandising and product strategy for a luxury group's High-End division, reporting to the Regional Head of High-End Merchandising & Operations. You will help optimise stock assortment and rotation across retail and external networks so product flows smoothly and customers are satisfied, contributing to regional sales objectives. It suits someone with solid retail merchandising and inventory experience who is analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Manage and optimise product assortment across retail and external networks in line with merchandising guidelines, commercial trends and event needs

Monitor stock availability and execute reallocation opportunities to meet changing regional and market demand

Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments using commercial insights, boutique feedback and quantitative analysis

Resolve daily product enquiries efficiently through relevant tools and systems

Consolidate and fulfil event stock requests for effective allocation

Provide timely product delivery updates and event stock lists to assigned markets

Follow up on repair cases with relevant stakeholders to meet requested lead times

Manage end-to-end fulfilment of client requests

Execute pricing guidelines and consolidate pricing feedback

Coordinate packaging logistics with boutiques, central teams and Asia operations

Monitor stock levels and product movement, providing inventory status reports to stakeholders

Work with market teams on accurate forecasts and estimates

Liaise with Logistics on shipments and deliveries, including SAP administration, compliance, stock transfers, product movements and timely stock requests, escalating critical delays

Support High-End events and key business initiatives such as data collection automation, infrastructure enhancement, data visualisations and user testing

Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in retail merchandising
Proven experience in operations, inventory or stock management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work
Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools for reporting and analysis
Shows initiative, adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic environment
Able to anticipate and respond to operational challenges for smooth stock management
