About the role

You will join the Airside Workplace & Engagement team at Changi Airport, focused on making the airside workplace one where staff feel valued, supported and proud. The role involves working with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions to improve the work environment, build a positive culture and support workforce development. It suits someone with a degree and around three years of experience who enjoys stakeholder-facing, project-driven work.

What you'll do

Develop and implement initiatives that improve the airside work environment
Foster a positive workplace culture across the airport community
Support workforce development and transformation efforts
Work closely with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions
Plan, develop and implement programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders
Manage multiple workstreams, timelines and priorities at the same time
Engage and influence stakeholders at different levels through communication and presentations

Good to know

Based in Singapore

Requirements

Degree holder
Preferably 3 years of experience
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and partnership-building skills
Able to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
Proven track record in planning, developing and implementing initiatives, programmes or projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
