You will direct and supervise daily operations across the Front Office and other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. You will oversee reception, cashier, telephone, reservations and baggage services, and monitor staff conduct and performance. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve complaints with tact, and look after VIP arrivals and room inspections. You will also manage cash floats, room inventory, security matters and staff training, and take charge of evacuation during a fire when needed.
