About the role

This role sits with a procurement team supporting several F&B brands, covering strategy, supplier management and day-to-day purchasing needs. It suits someone with solid supply chain experience who is comfortable negotiating with vendors and working across different teams. The position is based in Singapore.

What you'll do

Develop procurement strategies and make sure policies and SOPs are followed
Manage and control all procurement activities
Support the different brands' operations and purchasing needs through the procurement team
Source, select and negotiate third party services and suppliers
Benchmark commodity data and track prices by product and vendor

Negotiate contracts, terms, conditions, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors

Work with suppliers, stakeholders and functional teams to keep supplies of materials and services uninterrupted

Review supplier performance against quality standards, delivery time and pricing

Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, preferably in F&B
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
Systematic and process driven
Strong leadership skills and able to work with people at all levels
Hands-on and result-oriented
