About the role
This role sits with the Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership & Management, a regional platform focused on healthcare leadership and management development across Asia. You will report to the Admin & Programme Operations Lead and support the institute's Executive Master Programme and Executive Programmes, which run in both English and Mandarin. It suits someone who is organised, resourceful and comfortable working in a matrixed team within a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
Help develop and refine programme curriculum, including teaching materials, case studies and learning resources

Coordinate with faculty on instructional delivery, covering session planning, materials collation and classroom or virtual learning support
Support faculty coordination such as preparing session materials, collating teaching resources and tracking deliverables
Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of learning experiences, including case-based and experiential approaches
Manage marketing communications for programmes, including content for newsletters, websites and outreach materials
Oversee programme social media platforms, covering content planning, posting and engagement tracking
Support the design and production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, corporate gifts and presentations, keeping them aligned with branding guidelines
Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external vendors on outreach campaigns and programme visibility
Support participant communications, including pre-programme materials, announcements and engagement initiatives
Support LMS administration, participant tracking, assessment and grading processes, including submissions tracking and record keeping
Coordinate assessment and grading timelines, submissions and grade collation in line with academic policies
Maintain programme records, curriculum documentation and learning materials repositories
Assist with programme evaluation and feedback collection to support continuous improvement

Programmes are conducted in both English and Mandarin
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Education, Social Sciences or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in academia, executive education, curriculum development or marketing communications
Experience supporting curriculum development, instructional delivery or case study development is advantageous
Strong writing and content development skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging materials
Experience in marketing communications, including social media management and developing collaterals such as brochures, newsletters and digital content
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) and/or content management systems is an advantage
