Senior Guest Service Assistant, Bell Desk (Orchard Cluster)

About the role

You will greet guests on arrival and departure and help with their luggage. You will work closely with the Front Office team to provide friendly and efficient service. You will answer guest requests about hotel facilities, local attractions, transport and dining, and make courtesy calls. You will manage baggage storage and parcel deliveries, keep the lobby, driveway and storage areas clean, and maintain accurate movement records. You will also help with traffic flow at the driveway and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport and dining options
• Able to handle luggage and perform standing/walking duties
• Team player who can coordinate with Front Office and other departments
