Shape custom experiences for different user journeys
Work with the agency Product Owner to set a clear product vision and the steps to reach it
Partner with business teams to define product vision and mission and secure stakeholder support
Develop outreach and promotion strategies with business partners
Define the go-to-market strategy and work with partners to carry it out
Design, test and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey
Manage the product budget through expenditure monitoring, cashflow management and securing funding
Develop the workplan together with the product team
Provide resources for product development, including procurement of software, hardware and ICT professional services
Conduct user studies to understand needs and problems
Analyse data to find usage patterns that inform product decisions
Research the industry to understand complementary and competing solutions
Translate product strategy into detailed, actionable technical plans for business and vendor teams
Support developers in exploring emerging tools and techniques where needed

Run efficient meetings to keep stakeholders and product team members updated
Prioritise, plan and track work
Document key information and decisions about the product
Secure funding and monitor expenses
Ensure the product meets security and performance requirements (SSAT, VAPT, Performance Testing)
