Chaperone patients during examinations when required
Keep consultation rooms adequately stocked and equipped
Assist doctors in outpatient procedures such as colposcopy, urogynaecology procedures and hysteroscopy
Prepare instruments, equipment and consumables for procedures
Ensure infection prevention and control measures are followed
Provide patient education and counselling according to clinic protocols
Facilitate urgent financial counselling referrals when required
Coordinate appointments, investigations and follow-up plans with the multidisciplinary team
Assist in addressing patient enquiries and concerns
Troubleshoot and manage day-to-day operational issues within the clinic
Escalate operational concerns to the Assistant Nurse Clinician or Nurse Manager when necessary
Support smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency
Assist in managing clinic resources, supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support audit preparations and comply with departmental SOPs
Assist in incident reporting and follow-up when required
Participate in rostered opening and closing duties of the clinic

Support cross-coverage within the Women's Clinic when required
Participate in departmental meetings, roll calls and training programmes
Maintain nursing competencies and mandatory certifications
