Fix minor plumbing issues such as clearing blocked drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaking taps and faucets
Carry out small repairs including tightening toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
