About the role
This role sits within the Finance team at our Singapore HQ, focused on running payroll accurately and on time while keeping to company policy and statutory rules. It is a one-year contract and would suit someone with a few years of payroll exposure who enjoys detail-heavy, deadline-driven work and liaising across teams.
What you'll do
- Handle government-paid leave claims, including applications in Workday and submissions through the relevant government portals
- Administer NS reservist leave applications and reconcile them against reimbursements received via the NS Portal
- Process final salary payments for crew members based on HR instructions and company policy
- Monitor and manage recovery of salary debts owed by employees, working with external debt collection agencies on follow-up and repayment
