When
You will assist the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations at a serviced residence. Your duties include managing room attendants, linen attendants and contractors, and organising on-the-job training for staff. You will inspect apartments and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. You will also handle resident queries, especially for VIP residents, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out. Other tasks include scheduling cleaning programmes, monthly stock-taking, and reporting defects to the Engineering Department.
