What you'll do

• Work with operational line units so airport-wide initiatives and projects are communicated effectively to the airport community.
• Plan, write and curate content for internal communication channels.
• Collaborate with the team's video content producer on storyboards, scripts and video content for engagement and education.
• Keep messaging clear, relevant and consistent across platforms and aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage the content calendar for the ONE Changi App and handle related administrative matters.
• Support the enhancement and ongoing development of the ONE Changi App, including vendor coordination and administrative support.
• Plan and deliver programmes that build belonging, appreciation and connection across the airport workforce.
• Organise staff engagement, recognition and appreciation initiatives, including awards ceremonies.
• Partner with airport stakeholders to drive participation in engagement initiatives and strengthen the ONE Changi culture.
