About the role
This role sits within the Airport Management Cluster and focuses on building the skills of the airport operations workforce as the environment becomes more digital and automated. You will design and run learning initiatives that help operational teams adapt to new technology and ways of working. It suits someone with a background in learning and development or organisational transformation who enjoys facilitating and working with business leaders.
What you'll do
Design and deliver learning programmes that build systems thinking, problem-solving, innovation and digital competencies across the cluster
Facilitate workshops, simulations, hackathons and action-learning initiatives
Partner with business leaders to identify future skill needs and close capability gaps
Support capability building in AI, automation, digital tools and data-driven decision-making
Help operational teams prototype practical in-house solutions using low-code platforms, generative AI, dashboards and analytics tools
Translate emerging technology trends into practical learning interventions, including resilience thinking, contingency planning and manual fallback procedures
Work with stakeholders to drive learning and adoption of new ways of working
Manage learning programmes end to end, from needs analysis and design to implementation and evaluation
Partner with trainers, vendors and stakeholders to deliver learning experiences
Oversee learning governance, budgets and reporting

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development, Operations Transformation or a related field
Experience supporting transformation, technology adoption or digital capability-building initiatives
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme management skills
Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics and digital workplace tools
Ability to upskill non-technical staff in these areas
