About the role
This role sits with the Centre of Regulatory Excellence at Duke-NUS Medical School on the Outram Campus, supporting education programmes for industry professionals and regulators. It suits someone with a biomedical or life sciences background who enjoys curriculum development, digital learning tools and working with experts across the region.
What you'll do
Carry out literature reviews and stakeholder surveys to track new trends in health products regulatory science and andragogy
Help develop workshop curriculum, including learning objectives, programme structure and assessments, plus online training materials and case discussions
Support the introduction of new digital technology into the creation and delivery of training materials
Assist workshop operations, covering student and faculty management and course content management within the Learning Management System
Create and refresh online training materials using e-learning authoring tools while keeping to instructional design standards
Build and maintain a network of regulatory technical experts and key opinion leaders across Asia Pacific and globally

Based at Outram Campus, Singapore
Requirements
Degree in biomedical, life sciences or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics or medical devices
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Bright Space, Canvas, LAMS, Elentra or equivalent
Knowledge of instructional design principles or adult learning methodologies
Experience developing training materials with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate or similar
Good written and verbal communication skills
