About the role
This role sits in the Corporate Planning Division of SWDA, based at Paya Lebar Quarter 2. You will drive corporate strategy and governance, track organisational performance, and support international and bilateral engagements. It suits a proactive, meticulous person who can synthesise complex information and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
What you'll do
Manage the corporate planning cycle and develop the corporate workplan
Conceptualise, track and report key performance metrics and outcomes
Represent SWDA in international engagements to build partnerships and exchange knowledge
Manage and coordinate key Board activities and requirements
Shape corporate strategy in support of national and Ministry priorities
Translate long-term goals into coherent organisational plans and outcomes
Facilitate senior management retreats and drive internal communications
Strengthen corporate planning frameworks and processes
Design and oversee enterprise-wide theories of change and performance indicators
Report data-driven insights and a consolidated view of organisational performance
Monitor and evaluate progress against corporate priorities
Develop and manage international and regional engagement strategy
Identify opportunities for international cooperation and stakeholder engagement
Conduct horizon scanning and environmental analysis
Manage international engagements and visits, including coordination with government agencies
Provide secretariat support for Board and Senior Management meetings
Ensure effective Board governance, including appointments, induction, remuneration and reviews
Good to know
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract, with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.
Senior Manager role involves work of greater complexity and additional projects.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
