About the role

Provide frontline operational support for Coinbase Derivatives Exchange (CDE) and Deribit, covering trading, clearing, and connectivity systems. Troubleshoot real-time issues, investigate customer inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions for complex problems. Execute deployment testing to protect production environments and support new product launches. Onboard and enable clients and vendors, including prediction markets and event contracts. Identify and document process improvements to support platform growth.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field
• 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or technical operations
• Knowledge of listed futures or options
• Experience with error trade analysis and resolution
• Ability to diagnose and explain complex technical problems
• Experience with multi-channel support (voice, email, chat)
