Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review and on developing and reviewing scopes of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear and gensets. Review M&E maintenance contract scopes to support cost savings and prolong equipment lifecycle. Assist with project handover and pre-opening programmes, including on-site inspections, site acceptance tests and defect rectifications. Conduct audits to identify energy and water saving opportunities, track chiller plant performance and advise the Operations team. Manage assigned projects and improvement initiatives, and oversee digital solutioning and platform management to improve operational productivity.
Requirements
Diploma or professional certification in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
Familiar with M&E services and maintenance requirements
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to multi-task, analytical and meticulous
