About the role
This role sits within Group Resilience and focuses on leading the change management strategy for a Group-wide Business Continuity Management transformation. The transformation shifts the Bank from an asset-based BCM approach to a process-centric, business-led model aligned to ISO 22301, MAS BCM Guidelines and PRA expectations. It suits a strategic, execution-focused change manager who is comfortable driving business adoption and behavioural change across functions and geographies.
What you'll do
Develop an iterative change management strategy and roadmap for the new BCM framework and methodology
Define success metrics for adoption, embedding of the target BCM methodology and sustained compliance
Translate BCM Standard and Methodology requirements into practical, human-centric behaviours
Support BCM strategic tooling implementation to meet business requirements
Partner with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to create alignment, advocacy and manage dependencies or resistance
Engage business stakeholders to promote advocacy, drive cultural change and embed BCM principles into business-as-usual operations
Craft and execute a communication plan that translates BCM technicalities into an accessible narrative
Design targeted messaging for different audiences such as Group Process Owners across multiple channels
Drive sustained awareness and engagement initiatives across the Bank
Build integrated change plans across programme milestones including impact assessment, communications, training, readiness, go-live and reinforcement
Develop and execute rollout plans aligned to programme priorities and stakeholder inputs across impacted businesses, functions and geographies
Produce dashboards and regular reporting on change management metrics, KPIs and success measures such as change readiness, training completion, business adoption, stakeholder sentiment and implementation effectiveness
Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learnt and refine the change playbook for subsequent rollouts
Escalate adoption risks and recommend corrective actions
Define capability requirements for impacted stakeholder groups and partner with training specialists or learning teams to deliver targeted upskilling programmes and curricula
Provide strategic direction to the training team on timing, audience sequencing and iterative rollout of learning programmes
Monitor training effectiveness and attendance as leading indicators of adoption readiness
Build and manage a change champion network across businesses and geographies to accelerate local adoption and issue escalation
Engage sponsors and senior stakeholders to visibly lead the change and reinforce desired behaviours
Identify and escalate change risks, adoption gaps and stakeholder resistance themes to programme and governance forums with clear mitigation actions

Requirements
Strategic and execution-focused change management experience
Experience leading change management for complex, Group-wide transformations
Knowledge of BCM frameworks and regulatory expectations such as ISO 22301, MAS BCM Guidelines and PRA expectations
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive sponsor management skills
Experience with impact assessments, change enablement, training and capability development
Ability to drive behavioural and operating model change
