About the role

This role sits within the IT Project Management Office of a long-established Singapore bank, supporting project portfolio reporting and department communications. You will keep Power BI dashboards reliable, turn portfolio data into clear insights for management, and look for ways to improve PMO processes and reporting routines. It suits someone analytical, organised and proactive who enjoys both data work and written communication.

What you'll do

Maintain PMO Power BI dashboards and support their regular refresh, including data validation and quality checks
Analyse project portfolio data to spot trends, gaps, anomalies and improvement opportunities in delivery, governance and reporting
Turn data into clear insights and narratives so stakeholders understand portfolio performance, risks and progress

Proactively find ways to enhance PMO processes, reporting routines and ways of working to streamline activities and boost productivity

Work with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into meaningful dashboards, intuitive views and actionable management updates

Independently manage the PMO department homepage, keeping content current, well-structured, engaging and easy to navigate

Manage the PMO communications mailbox for department broadcasts and communications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, project reporting or PMO support, preferably in banking or financial services
Hands-on experience maintaining, refreshing and enhancing dashboards using Power BI or similar tools such as QlikView or Tableau
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and anomalies, and translate findings into clear insights and management updates
Proactive and improvement-oriented, with interest in streamlining processes, simplifying reporting routines and improving productivity
Good written communication skills to manage department broadcasts, internal updates and homepage content clearly and independently
