About the role
This role defines and governs the end-to-end solution architecture for the Enterprise Business Group CRM and Order Management domains during ongoing platform transformation. You will work across business, product, engineering, integration, vendor and operations teams as an individual contributor with strong matrix influence. It suits an experienced architect who can bring consistency across initiatives, reduce platform fragmentation and shape the target-state roadmap for CRM and OM modernisation.
What you'll do
- Own target-state and transitional architecture for EBG CRM and OM.
- Govern end-to-end solution design across lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, order capture, decomposition, orchestration and fulfilment handoffs.
- Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture principles, security standards, integration patterns and domain roadmaps.
