Respond to and attend to guest repair requests
Talk with guests to sort out maintenance issues
Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
Visually inspect tools, equipment and machines
Carry equipment such as tools and radios
Identify, locate and operate all shut-off valves for equipment
Keep maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies when needed
Record details of unfinished calls before shift change
