Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out smoothly. Respond to guest requests and operational needs, and complete reports as required. Share highlights of the local area to make each stay memorable. Keep the workplace safe, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards. Stay on your feet and move around for extended periods, and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
