About the role

This role leads the guest experience and daily operations of a private club lounge and bar at an integrated resort, working with casino hosts, butler services and hotel operations. It suits an experienced luxury hospitality leader who can coach teams and manage VIP relationships. The outlet is pre-opening, so you will help shape service standards and opening readiness.

What you'll do

Own the guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar
Build relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele
Maintain and consistently deliver guest preferences, dining history and service expectations
Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations
Work with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Operations to create seamless premium guest journeys
Identify ways to surprise, delight and retain high-value guests through personalised experiences
Lead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability
Coach leaders and frontline teams on anticipation, guest recognition and emotional intelligence
Drive Forbes-aligned service behaviours so standards shape guest perception rather than checklist compliance
Develop internal service talent and succession pipelines for future leadership roles
Conduct regular service observations and give actionable coaching feedback
Oversee daily operations across lounges, bar and associated guest service areas
Monitor productivity, service efficiency and cost controls without compromising the guest experience
Review operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure hygiene, safety, inventory and financial controls meet company standards
Support opening readiness, operational refinements and new guest experience initiatives
Develop partnerships with Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Butler Services, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the Private Lounge & Bar experience
Support the General Manager in positioning the outlet as a market-leading luxury hospitality concept
Represent the outlet in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or a related discipline
Relevant luxury hospitality experience may be considered instead of formal qualifications
At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, executive lounges, integrated resorts or Forbes-rated environments
Extensive experience managing VIPs
Strong understanding of luxury service principles including personalisation, anticipation, discretion and guest recognition
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, financial management, service excellence, manpower planning and operational controls
