What you'll do

Oversee facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair, and minor improvement works across the assigned site.
Manage and coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors, and service providers.
Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure the site meets service standards.
Oversee security and fire safety of the site.
Respond to emergencies and lead the team in attending to situations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Coordinate, monitor, and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities, and operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in facilities services
Fire Safety Management Certification
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance, and M&E systems
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and facilities management works
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management
