About the role

This role sits within the Group Service Transformation team, driving care and workforce transformation through patient journey redesign and digital solutions. You will work with clinical, technical and administrative stakeholders across NUHS institutions to shape how services are delivered. It suits someone with a strong service design and digital transformation background who enjoys complex, multi-stakeholder work in healthcare.

Lead and facilitate planning initiatives such as proposals, technical information and statistics collation, and workshops to guide decisions.

Conduct independent research into new digital solutions and build implementation plans that deliver user value.

Identify platforms to reach different staff groups in each institution and support staff training.

Present concepts and designs to key stakeholders for review and iteration.

Work with technical business analysts and system specialists to deliver digital solutions.

Produce and maintain clear documentation of business requirements for digital implementation.

Harmonise development requirements and requests across public healthcare clusters and stakeholders.

Coordinate and monitor roll-out of digital solutions and change management across touchpoints, supported by data analysis.

Plan and run research engagements to evaluate design concepts, product usability and user experience.

Collate user feedback and insights to improve interfaces, usability and operational workflows.

Manage internal stakeholder engagements and ensure timely communication of project plans.

Prioritise delivery of new and existing digital tools in line with NUHS strategic direction.

Support ad hoc assignments and special projects within the Group Service Transformation portfolio.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Behavioural Science, Engineering or a related discipline
At least 8 years of relevant work experience
Experience in user or customer experience, service design, digital transformation or related fields
Proven track record designing and delivering customer-centric strategies and digital transformation initiatives
Experience managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Agile and innovative mindset with passion for service and digital transformation in healthcare
