About the role
Micron is hiring a Project Manager for its Operation Portfolio Management Office, based at Fab 10A in Singapore. You will lead programmes and projects that support the OCT and Network objectives, working with teams across fabs, PMO and central functions. This suits an organised project management professional with semiconductor or manufacturing exposure who enjoys driving cross-functional work.
What you'll do
Align OCT and Network objectives with the company's wider goals
Run programmes and projects using standard methods and metrics
Recruit subject matter experts and team members into the portfolio process
Set up accountability through clear communication, feedback and metrics
Work with collaborators to improve key performance indicators
Lead global cross-functional initiatives
Clarify project objectives with the SEAL Manager and deliver committed value
Coordinate with colleagues and functional leaders on global initiatives
Deploy metrics to benchmark project performance
Mentor project managers globally
Improve OPMO, Network and company-wide methodologies
Apply AI-enabled methods to work breakdown, risk and communication
Define and communicate project goals in line with leadership priorities
Facilitate project missions, objectives, deliverables and resource requirements
Set ambitious but achievable goals with project members
Build benchmarks and governance frameworks to track progress, risks and changes
Partner with fabs, PMO and central teams on systems and processes
Report project status, risks, change requests and completion requirements
Push for business process improvements
Build cooperative relationships across departments
Present project updates and new initiative proposals
Engage management to remove obstacles and secure resources
Give regular updates on area issues and progress
Schedule and lead meetings on performance, changes and decisions
Build external relationships to bring in new ideas
Communicate clearly and respectfully across cultures and languages
Ensure training for new business processes with the training organisation
Build a succession pipeline by developing future successors
Work with Network partners on training requirements
Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field
At least 1 year of progressive project or programme management experience
Strong focus on frontend operations in semiconductor or manufacturing
Track record leading strategy and transformation initiatives with measurable results
Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programmes with significant budget and organisational impact
Proficient in AI assistant usage or AI-enabled project management
