Lead Agile Health Checks so teams can assess effectiveness, find improvements and track progress
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and turn learnings into actionable outcomes
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, impediments and escalations
Provide executive-level reporting on programme health, delivery progress, release readiness and risks
Establish and track delivery metrics such as predictability, velocity trends, release quality, release frequency and defect trends
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Principal Engineers, QA Leads and senior stakeholders
