About the role

A Sales Associate at Chloe acts as an ambassador for the Maison, welcoming every guest and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This full-time role suits someone who is a reliable team player and is passionate about delivering the best possible experience. You will be part of a boutique team within the Richemont group, working to build lasting client relationships and drive sales.

What you'll do

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Implement personalised outreach campaigns and use clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within set timeframes
Capture client data and qualitative information, maintaining knowledge of your customer portfolio, especially VVICs and VICs

Offer excellent customer service and deliver strong business performance

Use all omnichannel services available to grow sales

Stay aware of store and individual sales and KPI targets and actively work to reach them

Complete trainings and participate in commercial activities set by Boutique Management

Keep up to date with the local trading environment and competitor activities

Ensure the store environment, back of house and grooming are impeccable at all times, and support colleagues and managers

Proactively inform Boutique Management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment

Follow all guidelines for store and BOH management and take part in inventories

Support and follow up with clients to ensure impeccable after-sales service

Comply with established Richemont policies and standards
