About the role

This role is the main point of contact for customers across Asia-Pacific on matters relating to material orders, working within the material, logistics and suppliers organisation. You will join a customer resolution services team and a cross-functional account support team, handling aircraft spare parts requirements for Satair's customers. It suits someone with prior customer service experience who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Act as the focal point for ASPAC customers on material order related actions
Manage the customer specific open order book proactively
Handle quotations and customer orders, following up on quotations, claims and orders within KPIs

Maintain customer records

Support on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations

Promote cross-selling and up-selling strategies towards growth accounts

Train and support customers in using e-commerce platforms such as SATAIR Market and Airbus Spares Portal

Engage in implementing digital solutions and troubleshoot from customer and system user perspectives

Provide back-up support for other Customer Resolution Specialists during absences

Take part in external key customer meetings and open order book meetings as agreed with the Manager

Requirements

Diploma holder with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a similar sized organisation
PC literacy including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
Proactive and customer oriented working style
Ability to take initiative to ensure customer satisfaction
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
