Carry out comparative market analysis and benchmarking to inform pricing and client advice
Review tenant credit quality, lease terms, rental escalation structures and cash flow scenarios across single assets and portfolios
Track supply and demand, rents, vacancy levels and development pipelines in Singapore's logistics, industrial and warehouse sectors
Monitor capital flows, deal activity and investor sentiment in the L&I sector
Produce market reports, sector summaries and economic briefings for internal teams and client presentations
Keep databases of comparable transactions, market statistics, key operators and major occupiers up to date
Research emerging areas such as e-commerce logistics, cold storage, automated warehouses and last-mile distribution
Assist with marketing materials including information memoranda, teasers and offering documents
Coordinate due diligence workstreams covering financial, legal, technical and ESG reviews
